Looking to sharpen your business skills or network with entrepreneurs from across the region? Come to Bridges to Better Business the evening of Wednesday, Nov. 7 at the Marconi Club.
The event is hosted by Business Sault Ste. Marie, a division of the Economic Development Corp., and RBC Business Banking. It will feature entrepreneurial support seminars, keynote speeches from industry experts, networking opportunities and an awards presentation. The 2012 Bridges to Better Business will also see discussions around the upcoming launch of the Sault Community Entrepreneur Network Exchange (SCENE), a forum where the business community will be able to gather, discuss opportunities, learn from one another and find strength in numbers.
“Whether you’re an aspiring entrepreneur, or an established business owner, there is valuable and exciting new information available to you at Bridges to Better Business that can help to make your business goals a reality,” said Andrew Ross, general manager of enterprise services for Business Sault Ste. Marie. “Space is limited, so reserve your seat today.”
Bridges to Better Business is funded by the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development and Innovation, along with Canada Business Ontario. While the meal is provided free of charge, attendees are asked to bring at least one item for donation to the local Soup Kitchen.
