CITY POLICE BADGE NEW 2012Youth Takes a Joy Ride
A 17 year young person will appear in WASH Court this morning charged with take vehicle without owners consent and breach of an undertaking. It is alleged that he took a family members car for a drive without their consent, he was also on an undertaking not to occupy the driver’s seat of a motor vehicle.


Breach
A 41 year old male will appear in WASH Court this morning charged with Breach of Probation. He was found in the company of a female that he was on conditions to stay away from. The conditions were placed on him as a result of a previous domestic.


Assault with a weapon
A 46 year old female will appear in WASH Court with assault with a weapon as a result of a domestic incident. When officer arrived the female had a knife in her hand and waving it at he common law partner. Officers had to pepper spray the accused to get her to drop the knife. After being pepper sprayed the accused did drop the knife without any further incident or injury.


Domestic Assault
A 40 year old male will appear in WASH Court this morning charged with on count of assault as a result of a domestic incident.

Break and Enters/Other Property Crimes: (Thefts, Mischief Reports, etc.)



Break and Enter reported on McMeeken St. jewelry and camera equipment was taken.



Two attempt Break and Enter were reported to Cumbland Ave. and Bishops Crt. In both cases the intruders were scared off by the home owners.
