On October 25, 2012, members of the OPP Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau, Sudbury Drug Enforcement Unit in partnership with the Espanola Police Service and the Manitoulin Island Detachment of the OPP executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act Search Warrant at a residence in the Town of Spanish.As a result of this investigation Police seized; 2 marihuana plants, 4228.5 grams of marihuana, 1038 grams of marihuana “shake” and 0.5 grams of cannabis resin. Police also seized 6 firearms and various drug paraphernalia. Two people were arrested during the course of this investigation and have been charged with various drug related offences. Both Isaac ODENBACK and Bonnie ODENBACK were released from custody and will appear in court on December 6, 2012.
The street value of the drugs seized is $64,757.00.
