Korah Collegiate has teamed up with the Sault Ste. Marie Community Soup Kitchen and Maitland Ford Lincoln in an effort to raise up to $6,000 for local families, as well as to help student expenses in Korah Colleigate's athletic and extra‐curricular program through Ford Canada's Drive One 4 UR School and community program. Members of the Sault Ste Marie community and surrounding areas will have the opportunity to raise money for this cause by test driving a Ford vehicle between 9am-3pm this Saturday at Maitland Ford, 1124 Great Northern Road.
For every person who test drives a Ford Edge, Escape, Focus, Fusion, Mustang, and other available models at this one day event, Ford of Canada and Maitland Ford Lincoln will donate $20 to go towards supporting local families in need for 1 year, as well as subsidizing fees for Korah students to participate in extra‐curricular activity.
There will also be a BBQ and Car Wash throughout the day. Each test‐drive will last approximately 7 to 10 minutes. Participants must be 18 or older and have a valid driver’s license. Limit one test drive per household address. For more information contact Jeff Giovanatti at 705 945 7180.
