Sault Ste. Marie city police have charged the driver of the vehicle in the vehicle / pedestrian collision on St. George's Avenue .As a result of the investigation into the fatal motor vehicle collision that occurred on St. Georges Avenue East on October 3rd, 2012, officers with Traffic Services have charged 48 year old R-Scott CHORNEY of Grandview Avenue, with one count of Turn Not in Safety contrary to Section 142(1) of the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario.
