We all know how awesomely pretty the country side can be this time of the year but so can our city.
It's been a beautiful stretch of weather the past several days allowing thousands to take drives north and east of the city to take in the splendid of colour but city life in the Autumn can be equally as beautiful when you have Sault Ste. Marie as a canvas
Now to the bad news as you enjoy these great shots of our downtown on the fall.

With any luck we will still be able to enjoy the brilliant foliage for a while yet, but rain and wind might just knock a lot of those leaves to the ground starting Thursday as an advancing cold front, the same one that is delivering the season's first major snowfall in north western Ontario and Manitoba . will produce cold windy conditions with showers - of the wet variety.
While the Sault has enjoyed temperatures hovering over the 20c mark the last few days, temperatures will fall to single digits come this weekend and there's even a risk of a few flurries locally but with no accumulation .
Normals for this time of year are 13c for daytime highs and 5c for overnight lows. On Wednesday, the Sault saw temperatures reach a summer-like 21.5c and Thursday reached a similar temperature.
