The Sault Blues Society has signed burlesque dancer, Tallulah Gin, to perform at its Oct. 6th concert at the Canadian Hotel featuring Irene Torres and The Sugar Devils.
Ms. Gin offers a unique entertainment experience that is guaranteed to add sparkle and drama to the night’s festivities. Her risqué performance melds perfectly with the New Orleans style of music that Irene Torres and The Sugar Devils are known for.
With their unmistakable jazz, blues and soul sound, Irene Torres & The Sugar Devils features the vocal styling of sultry Peruvian born singer Irene Torres, who sings in three languages. Her voice can also be recognized on commercial jingles for many large corporations. Her talents stretch beyond lyrics and singing, when it's time to perform she is one seductive lady to see and hear.
The Sugar Devils are experienced musicians from all genres, including Drew Austin, an internationally touring drummer and percussionist who has worked with award winning artists in every genre.
Drew transforms the band with his ability to play delicate or ferocious in any format. Bassist and guitarist Josh "Yoshi" Piche is a well-recognized musical director and producer in Toronto.
Their recent seven song EP release has been getting extensive airplay and reviews across Canada and the USA.
Limited tickets are available at the Canadian Hotel front desk.
