Caleb Seaton age 21 of 472 Wellington St East was a passenger in vehicle that was stopped by Police on Wellington St West. When asked for his name the accused lied about his identity.Further investigation revealed his true identity and a outsanding Warrant for an incident at 142 Albert St. East on the 16 of September.
He is charged with Robbery, Assault with a weapon, Threatening and Breach of Probation from that incident as well as Obstruct Police for lying to the police on todays date. He will be making an appearance in WASH court this morning.
