pot plants

Marijuana crops will be harvested starting in late August until the beginning of October. Outdoor marijuana grow-operations can be found almost anywhere conditions are right for plants to flourish.

During this period people involved with growing marijuana will head into rural areas to harvest their plants. Typically these illegal crops are located in swamps, corn fields, wooded areas, along riverbanks, and rural areas with lots of acreage.

Signs include strangers in your area, vehicles parked near cornfields or bush lots, or other suspicious activity.

If you have any information about Marijuana Grow Operations call Crime Stoppers. We want your information, not your name. Call your tips in to 705-942-7867 or 1-800-222-8477; submit a web tip at www.saultcrimestoppers.com or text the keyword SSM along with your tip to 274637.
