On September 18, 2012 police attended in the area of the Walmart Department Store on Great Northern Road, for an apparent domestic related matter. It is alleged that since May of 2012 the accused, age 30 has been harassing his ex wife causing her to fear for her safety.
While in the parking area the accused collided with the victims vehicle causing damage to the mirror. The accused is charged with criminal harassment and mischief. The accused will appear in bail court September 19, 2012 at 10:00 am.
