The Vanmark Sault Jr Greyhounds PeeWee Minor AAA reps had a very strong showing at the Northern Ontario Hockey League PeeWee Minor AAA Showcase in North Bay this weekend. In Fridays action, the Greyhounds defeated the Sudbury Jr Wolves 4-2. They went on to beat Timmins North Stars 5-2 and then tied Nickel City 4-4 on Saturday. The Junior Greyhounds wrapped up the showcase on Sunday defeating the North Bay Trappers 4-2, and coming away with a total of 7 points in their league opener.
Their next action is this coming weekend when the Junior Greyhounds travel to London to compete in the London Jr Knights AAA Early Bird tournament.
