Last weekend Brett Davie competed in in the Canadian summer biathlon championships in Camore Alberta. Brett had two great races as he came in 6th and 3rd shooting an impressive 17 for 20.
Brett had to race in the age category 19-20 as there was not enough in his 17-18. Brett Has been out in Canmore Alberta since the beginning of July training at the Biathlon of Alberta training academy with coach Richard Boruta from the Czech Republic.
This is a 2 year program aimed at getting him to the world circuit and hopefully the Olympics. Brett has to train twice a day and gets one day off to recover. We are also looking for sponsors for Brett to help him reach his dream.
