On the 8th of September 2012 at 1:30 am Police Officers attended a downtown residence for a domestic dispute. Police located a 42 year old male there.A computer records search revealed the male was on a probation order. The male was not to communicate with the female he was associating with, not to molest, harass or attend at her residence.
The male was arrested and charged with three counts of Breach of Probation. The male will attend in WASH court on September 8th.
