On September 8th, 2012 at approximately 1:20 am, officers from the Street Team checked a male in a downtown bar.A computer records check revealed the male was on several release conditions which included being in his residence after 9:00 pm and not to consume alcohol. Subsequently the officers arrested the eighteen year old male and charged him with Breach of Recognizance and two counts of Breach of Probation under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
The male will attend in WASH court on September 8th. (The identity of the male cannot be released as his charges relate to his time as a Young Person pursuant to the Youth Criminal Justice Act.)
