On August 25 2012 12:20 a.m. 28 year old Jeffrey Howard was located at a local bar in the downtown area.
The accused was on a release document with a curfew of 8:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Howard was charged with breaching his recognizance and is scheduled for bail court.
