On the 23 August 2012 at 6:20 AM police were called to the area of Eastern Ave and Gibb St where a passer-by reported a vehicle parked in the middle of the road.A vehicle was parked in the flowing lane of traffic where police officers found a male in the driver’s seat of the automobile with the keys in the ignition.
The man was intoxicated. He was arrested for care and control of a motor vehicle and consuming over the legal limit of .08.
He will be appearing in court on the 24 September 2012 at 9:00 AM. Charged is Derek Toulouse (age 42) of 128 River Rd
