Jacob Breathat (age 20) of no fixed address was charged with theft under $5,000.00, possession of stolen property, theft of a credit card and uttering a forged document. It is alleged that between July and August of 2012 Breathat was living with a relative when he pawned off a $4,000.00 china set, stole his relatives credit card and forged a signature to purchase various articles and cash advances.
