The Sault's U-15 Civics won a pair of WOYSL games this past weekend in London. Mercedes Ryan and Lydia Murray each scored two goals in a 4-1 victory over the North London Galaxy on Saturday evening then followed up with a 5-1 victory over the Oakridge Outlaws on Sunday morning. Ryan fired another pair of goals while Alexandra Berlingieri, Kaylin Paquette and Murray added single markers in the Sunday contest.The victories enabled the Civics to even up their league record at three wins and three losses placing them in fifth in the eight team division with three games in hand on the league leaders.
Next action for Coach Jaime Amaral’s Civic squad will be the weekend of August 4th-5th when they return to London for a pair of league games against the London Marconi Matrix and North London Galaxy.
