On 13th July 2012, at approx. 7:50 pm, Police were conducting radar on Hwy 17, Aweres Twp and observed a 2007 grey Honda Civic to be traveling E/B at a high rate of speed. FONTAINE, Darryl Anthony, 32 yrs of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan was stopped and subsequent police investigation resulted in FONTAINE being arrested for impaired operation. He advised police that he had spent the day at Harmony Beach consuming alcohol and open alcohol was discovered in the vehicle.
FONTAINE was held for a bail hearing.
