20 year old Marissa Racicot of 324 Highway 17 East will be appearing in bail court today. It is alleged that on the 11th of July she became involved in a confrontation with persons on boardwalk in Sault Ste. Marie and during the course of that confrontation pulled out a knife and waved it about. It was also determined that the knife opened by centrifugal force making it a prohibited weapon.
She is facing one count of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and one count of possession of a prohibited weapon.
