Last weekend local2news told you about a missing dog named Nani. Owners, Ken and Jen Mancuso-Duguay tell local2news that their Chihuahua was involved in a hit and run last Friday on Bruce street and the dog took off - most likely in shock.

The couple is holding onto hope that someone may have the dog or have seen her. She has a Black body with brown markings on her face .She was hit in the Bruce st area and took off in between Total tire and the Beer Store she is also wearing a pink collar and has the info to contact us on the dog tag.

The couple is asking that people be on alert if they see a stray Chihuahua in the areas from Bruce street west to Carmen's Way, where the couple said they have heard reports of Nina being in that area. The dog may have a limp due to the hit and run.

The owners have not had many leads and are hoping for any information to come forward and have now attached a reward for the safe return of their beloved pet.

They say Nani could be very shy and scared to death.

Anyone with information about Nani is asked to call 705-946-4769 - leave a message please.
