25 year old Kayla Kertesz of 372 Wallace Terr. was stopped on Oakland Ave. for talking on her cell phone while driving. Further investigation revealed that there was 260 grams of Marijuana in the vehicle. She was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance for the purpose of trafficking as well as the Highway Traffic Act offence of talking on her cell phone while driving.
She is to appear in court on July 30 2012.
