Jordan is a known hockey player around the Sault, having played 2 seasons with the Greyhounds, as well as growing up in Garden River. Nolan was drafted 186th overall in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft. Nolan is now a force on the Kings 4th line contributing where he can, the most recent an assist on the series opening game last Wednesday night.
Nolan has now added his name to a list of 10 other players from the Sault and area who have had the privilege to play in the Stanley Cup Finals. The other 10 players consist of Ron Maki, Ron Francis, Phil Esposito, Tony Esposito, Jerry Korab, Marty Pavelich, Joe Klukay, Tyler Kennedy, Don Grosso and Paul Dipietro.
