News and Notes:

The Hometown Hockey celebration at the Bondar Pavilion features live entertainment on Saturday, February 28 and Sunday, March 1 with performances by Pat Maloney, Aukland, Jane's Party and Poor Young Things. For a complete schedule of events, click here.

Loplops, 651 Queen Street East, will host Poor Young Things on Friday, February 27 at 10 p.m. and Jane's Party on Saturday, February 28 at 10 p.m.

Asylum Country plays Rednecks Saloon, 304 Albert Street West, on Friday and Saturday, February 27 and 28. Show time is 10 p.m.

Changing Lanes performs at the Water Tower Pub, 360 Great Northern Road, on Saturday, February 28 from 9 p.m. until midnight.
