Earlier this week City Council approved phase one of the planned redevelopment of the old Plummer Hospital site by the TVM Group. The developer is planning to convert the building into 40 luxury residential condominiums. Local2 recently toured the gutted construction site, and spoke with Amit Sofer, the lead developer for the TVM Group, about the progress of the project.
